Baby bath seats recalled over drowning hazard

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the "On the Wei" baby bath seats violate mandatory standards, citing how they are unstable and can tip over while being used. The affected seats were sold on Amazon in April of this year for between $40 and $60.
