There is so much to do this weekend in the Triangle.

Festivals and fun

Aug. 29: GRL Market - Shop women-owned brands at Waverly Place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Aug. 29: Splash Pad Bash - There will be a variety of fun games, giveaways, a DJ, and food trucks to supply you with all the music and food at Knightdale Station Park.  

Aug. 29: Movies with Goats - Enjoy goat snuggles and an outdoor movie at Spring Haven Farm in Chapel Hill.

Aug. 29-30: International Festival - Theatre Raleigh hosts this event with cuisine from Spain, Brazil, Hawaii, China, India and more plus performances.

Aug. 29-30: NC Vintage Bazaar - 100+ vintage vendors at the Jim Graham Building at the NC State Fairgrounds.

Aug. 30: Yoga at ZincHouse Winery - The event is at 11:30 a.m.

On stage

Aug. 28: Blues Traveler/Gim Blossoms with Spin Doctors - The electrifying co-headlining summer tour comes to Koka Booth.

Aug. 28: Billy and the Jets - It's the ultimate Billy Joel/Elton John experience at Lincoln Theatre.

Aug. 28-29: Eddie Griffin - See the comedian at Raleigh Improv in Cary.  

Aug. 28-30: Hairspray - The Raleigh Little Theatre production wraps up this weekend.

Aug. 29: Chance the Rapper - See the Coloring Book 10th Anniversary tour at Red Hat.

Aug. 29: Ira Glass - "This American Life" host Ira Glass brings a night of storytelling in the style he pioneered on his hit radio show: funny stories with feelings.   

Aug. 29: WAR - The legendary band WAR takes the stage at Koka Booth Amphitheatre.

Aug. 31: The Kehlani Would Tour - See the show at Walnut Creek.

Adopt a pet

Aug. 29: Blazin' Trails Bottle Babies celebration - Enjoy adorable adoptable puppies, birthday cake and more at the Yacht Club Beverage House in Youngsville to celebrate the nonprofit's birthday. This event wraps up a full week open house event.
