A Raleigh tow truck driver charged with DWI after a crash that killed a motorcyclist and injured three others is due in court Monday.

Allan Guerrero, 39, is scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. at the Wake County Justice Center. Police said the driver, who owns the towing company 6G Towing and Recovery, made an illegal U-turn on a red light and ran into two motorcycles and a car on Capital Boulevard on Friday.

Guerrero has a history of DWI charges; the DWI from Friday's crash marks his fourth DWI charge. Guerrero is also facing aggravated felony death by vehicle, three counts of felony serious injury by vehicle, driving while license revoked, resisting a public officer and being intoxicated and disruptive.

One of the motorcyclists, Chandler Hodge, died in the crash. The other motorcyclist and two people in the car were hospitalized.

Records show Guerrero had three prior drunk driving convictions, including one from last year. He currently has a suspended license due to previous DWI charges.

Guerrero is being held at the Wake County jail on two separate secured bonds totaling $500,000.
