Car overturns on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, driver suspected of DWI

The driver of a car that overturned early Thursday in Raleigh is suspected of DWI, according to police.

The crash occurred around 1:15 a.m. on Glenwood Avenue near Blue Ridge Road, close to Crabtree Valley Mall.

The WRAL Breaking News Tracker showed a car on its side that appeared to have crashed into the concrete median. 

Crews quickly turned the car back over and loaded it on a tow truck. 

Raleigh police say the driver has minor injuries and will face charges.
