National Smoothie Day 2026 freebies & deals on Sunday, June 21

Jamba is offering a $1 small 16oz Strawberry Whirl or Mango a Go Go smoothie from 10AM - 2PM local time on June 21, 2026. This offer excludes add-ons, extras, and taxes. Planet Smoothie VIP Members get a free 20 oz Lunar Lemonade on June 21, 2026. You have to be a registered Planet VIP Rewards member by June 19, 2026 in order for this offer to be loaded to your rewards account. The offer is valid at participating locations, while supplies last. There is a limit of 1 per person. See the offer details on their website.  

Playa Rewards® Loyalty Members get a free limited-edition reusable color-changing cup with the purchase of any 20 oz. smoothie on June 21, 2026, while supplies last. The cup changes color when filled with a cold beverage and is available only on National Smoothie Day. This deal is available "at participating Playa Bowls shops nationwide for Playa Rewards® members ordering in-shop, online, or through the Playa Bowls app. Guests can sign up for Playa Rewards® ahead of time or in-shop during the event to redeem the offer," according to the company press release. 

Tropical Smoothie Cafe reward members will get a free 24 oz. smoothie with a food or Tropic Bowl purchase when you redeem the reward in their app (either in the cafe or for order ahead) at participating locations on June 21, 2026.
