Festivals, food, markets

June 12: World Cup Watch Party - Watch as the U.S. kicks off tournament play against Paraguay. The free event will take place on the lawn at American Tobacco Campus, featuring custom gear stations, exclusive giveaways, games and other interactive fan experiences.  

June 12-14: Villian Arts Tattoo Festival - The tattoo festival comes to Raleigh.

June 13: The Market at Raleigh Iron Works - This event features a new selection of local makers every month and live music.

June 13: Seaboard Station Art & Music Festival - A vibrant, free, and family-friendly afternoon packed with live music, interactive art, and community fun!

June 13: NCMA Loves Anime Bazaar - A day full of anime vendors, food, and music before a screening of Mamoru Hosoda’s feature film Summer Wars.

June 13-14: Peachfest - A two-day festival featuring peach funnel cakes, mocktails and cocktails, cobbler, lemonade, milkshakes and more at Phillips Farms of Cary.

Celebrate Juneteenth

June 13: Knightdale African-American Fest - Enjoy a full lineup, including line dancing, singing, and spoken word plus savory delicious foods and local vendors.

June 13: Clayton's Juneteenth Celebration - A vendor fair, stage production, speaker and more. Events run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

June 13: Holly Springs Juneteenth Celebration - Local artisan and food vendors, a free kids zone with inflatables and yard games and live music and performances.

June 13: Cary's Pride in the Park - Crafts for kids, a night market, food, drinks and silent disco at the Downtown Cary Park.

June 13: Hartwell Pride Market + Drag Show - An outdoor market featuring over 30 local vendors and food trucks, plus a drag show with live DJ.

June 13: Pride Market at Glass Jug RTP - Vibrant LGBTQ arts & crafts vendors showcase unique handmade goods that celebrate diversity and self-expression.

June 14: Pride on the Patio - Boxcar's patio turns into a Barbie dream house beach party with queens, cocktails and glitter.

June 13: Teacher Comedy Night - See the Unteachables, a group of stand-up comedians who just happened to fall backwards into educating America’s youth, at Goodnights.

June 13: NC Symphony's Under the Sea - See the show at Koka Booth in Cary.

June 12: Museum Movie Night: The Goonies - The NC Museum of Natural Sciences has a special screening of the 80s adventure classic.

June 12: Friday Family Flicks: Smurfs - See the movie on the lawn at the Garner Recreation Center. There will also be crafts and food trucks.
