West Forsyth takes No. 1 in final boys volleyball rankings for 2026

Posted: 6/3/2026, 7:41:34 PM

The inaugural HighSchoolOT boys volleyball rankings saw West Forsyth go wire-to-wire.

The HighSchoolOT statewide top 25 is presented by State Employees' Credit Union. It is the state's top set of rankings, featuring teams from all classifications across the four major associations.

The statewide top 25 has been around for six years, but this was the first in which boys volleyball had rankings. The Titans won the last two unsanctioned boys volleyball state championships and ended this year 24-0. It will be an official NCHSAA sport next season.

Right behind West Forsyth were 7A champ Marvin Ridge, 7A runner-up Reagan, 6A/5A champ T.C. Roberson, and 8A runner-up Hough.
