The 2025-26 NCHSAA state champions in every sport

With the end of the N.C. High School Athletic Association athletic season, here are the titles won by each school in each classification.

Note that in some sports, the NCHSAA combines classifications for some championships if too few schools participate. The 1A and 2A classes are combined in indoor track, girls golf, and boys individual wrestling, and tennis. The 3A class is combined with them in swimming, and 4A is combined with all three in girls individual wrestling. 5A and 6A are combined with them in boys and girls lacrosse.
