Warrant: Wilson man charged with kidnapping and assault held woman at gunpoint, took her cellphone

A Wilson man is facing kidnapping and assault charges.

Jeremy Lee Bohne, 39, was arrested Friday and charged with felony second-degree kidnapping, assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon, interfering with emergency communication and more.

Warrants accuse Bohne of kidnapping, restraining and terrorizing a woman. According to warrants, he assaulted the woman by grabbing her "by the arm and collar," held her at gunpoint with a rifle and used a box cutter to cut through her shirt.

Bohne is also accused of taking the woman's cellphone to prevent her from calling 911. 

Bohne is being held in the Wilson County Detention Center.
