The Korn Ferry Tour returns to Raleigh Country Club this weekend for the UNC Health Championship and play begins Thursday.

The field features rising PGA Tour hopefuls and several players with North Carolina ties to one of the Triangle’s top annual golf events.

The showcase is an opportunity for golfers to earn or regain PGA Tour status and carries a $1 million purse with $180,000 going to the winner.
