National Pretzel Day is Sunday, April 26, 2026, and you can score some tasty freebies and deals! Read on for the list of offers which are valid at participating locations.  

Auntie Anne’s Rewards members can redeem a free Original or Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel on April 26, 2026 with the offer in their app. Redeem the offer in-store or online when you apply the reward at checkout at participating locations. In addition, Auntie Anne’s is offering a Golden Pretzel Pass, "an exclusive, limited-edition pass granting the passholder one pretzel per week for an entire year, available for just $50 at participating locations while supplies last," according to their press release. On Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 1-5 p.m., get a free Original Jumbo Pretzel when you donate $1 to Tunnel to Towers to support America’s Gold Star and fallen first responder families. Valid at participating locations. In NC, there is a location in Greensboro at Four Seasons Town Centre. See the offer posted on their Facebook page.

Philly Pretzel Factory is offering a free pretzel at participating locations on April 26, 2026. No purchase is necessary. There is not a location in the Raleigh area but there are locations in Charlotte, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC.

Pretzelmaker Reward members get a free small Original Pretzel Bites and a free sticker in stores on April 26, 2026 at participating locations while supplies last. Free item applies to salted or unsalted items only. Limit 1 per customer. Give the cashier your phone number to verify your rewards account in order to get this deal. According to the Snack Factory press release, "Shoppers can purchase two bags of Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps – Original (7.2oz), Gluten Free Original (5oz), or one of each – on the same receipt at a participating retailer like Kroger, Publix or Giant and get reimbursed for the cost of one bag (up to $5.29).  To claim the deal, fans can sign up at https://try.gotoaisle.com/snack-factory-bogo on Sunday, April 26, from 8 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. ET. Once enrolled, they have until May 2 to text a photo of their receipt to claim their free bag, while supplies last, and get reimbursed via digital payment platforms like Venmo or PayPal. Limit one redemption per person."  

According to the Superpretzel press release, "On Sunday, April 26, more than 1,300 participating Subway® restaurants inside Walmart® stores nationwide will offer warm SUPERPRETZEL soft pretzels for just $1. Get a free Gourmet Pretzel with any purchase on April 26, 2026, according to their Facebook page. It is served with white queso and spicy brown mustard.
